Saad is an organized, passionate, optimistic Supply Chain professional, who managed all procurement of direct & indirect material on competitive price and responsible for nationwide logistics operations in Australia. He is skilled in multi-tasking and handling high-volume workloads. Also, well-versed with administrative operations.

Saad is a team-oriented individual with good negotiation, fault admittance and correction skills, who enjoys having challenges and solving different problems in creative ways.

Saad holds an Undergraduate degree from RMIT University Australia with majors in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and has worked at all levels of DHL EXPRESS Australia, i.e., Global HQ, Eastern Europe and Middle East Africa. In addition, Saad’s responsibilities included travelling to and witnessing the DHL Express Network in some 10 countries across the globe

As a VP Real Estate Development and Construction at MAGM Ventures, Saad leads and manages dedicated team that oversees all aspects of affordable real estate development: site acquisition, land use, and zoning analysis; financial feasibility, packaging, grant writing, and closing; construction administration; and permanent conversation and transfer to operations. Saad supports project management required for the ERP system functional and technical design and implementation. He is involved in proper product backlog management, sprint planning and task management.

He is also involved in conducting periodic reports to business units on portfolio performance, project and seat count pipeline, on-going transaction and project activities, and collect insights on future activities and needs and ensures cash flow is properly allocated for financial purposes.

Saad is also leading a co-working space named MindStir (a project by MAGM Ventures), as he developed a passion for helping other operators find success in the industry.
